Frequently asked questions
I can’t sign in
Check the Apple Account on your device, then try “Sign in with Apple” in the app again. If the problem continues, please contact us with your device model, iOS version, and the error message that was displayed. Please do not send us passwords or verification codes.
I can’t create AI images
Check your connection, wait a while, and try again. Processing an image may take a few minutes. When you use AI features, please review the explanation of data use shown in the app.
About tokens and plans
Each image uses 10 tokens, and each dance video uses 100 tokens. Tokens from the monthly plans (prices in Japan: Pro ¥600/month with 300 tokens every month; Pro Plus ¥3,000/month with 3,000 tokens every month) are refilled on each renewal date and do not carry over to the next month. Prices in other countries and regions are shown in the app and on the App Store. Tokens from one-time top-ups and tokens received through friend invites do not expire. Your first subscription is free for one week.
I want to cancel or restore my purchases
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time on your iPhone in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. If a purchase isn’t reflected, for example after you change devices, try Settings → Restore purchases in the app. Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com).
I want to delete my data
You can choose “Delete all data” in the app’s settings. This deletes the profile, clothes, outfits, and diary on your device and signs you out.
